- When will I receive my order?

We only accept one discount code per order.
- I received an import tax
Labijoux dispatches its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for import taxes from their country, we accept no responsibility for national taxes.
- Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed".
- I did not receive my order !
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, destroyed package?
With our secure delivery, Labijoux takes care of litigation for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not return the fault to the carrier by letting you "manage". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

- My order is not complete!
If your order includes several articles, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on the stocks available. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
- I want to return an item
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven product defect.
Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here accompanied by your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
